Meet Dr Ron Baker
The founder of Paws Plus Mobile Vets, Dr Ron Baker, is a highly experienced and compassionate veterinarian dedicated to providing exceptional care for your pets. With over 30 years of experience in different veterinary clinical settings including General Practice and Emergency Veterinary Hospitals, Dr Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every home visit. His passion for veterinary medicine and commitment to building solid relationships with pets and their owners make him a trusted and reliable choice for your pet’s health needs.
Veterinary certifications
Dr Ron Baker, BVSc CMAVA GAICD MBA FIML Dip Prop, is registered with the Veterinary Surgeons Board of SA and holds a police check certificate. He has served as the state president of the Australian Veterinary Association (SA branch) and was a member of the AVA Practice Management Committee. Dr Baker is CAETA (Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy) certified and recently joined the board of the RSPCA. He is also a former member of the Service Delivery Committee of Guide Dogs SA. Additionally, Dr Baker has completed advanced training in dermatology, ultrasonography, and emergency medicine.
